These relationships may be with business associates, your network of friends and non-business associates, partnerships, JV partners, mentees/clients, mentors/coaches, and your customers.

As a business owner, one of your most important relationships is with your customers. Loyal customers are the lifeblood of your business. In order to encourage customer loyalty, you must cultivate an emotional bond with your clients and customers. They must become emotionally attached to you. • These are really good. I especially like the one under “Keep Personal Relationships”….Today’s consumers are more informed than you can imagine. This has resulted in a drastic shift in consumer power and has altered the selling process by placing a greater emphasis on the customer experience.” ~ Gregory Ciotti. That line about consumers being more informed that we can imagine….SO true! Thanks for sharing!!

    • This was great Yvonne. As someone who knows you, I can attest that you are great at relationships. I would love to see an article on how to manage relationships when they get to be overwhelming. That’s something I run into. Thank you for this.

    • I agree with you totally. I shop at my local grocery store, called Tom Thumb, which is a sister store of Safeway and because of the staff there, I refuse to shop at any other Tom Thumb. It sorta feels like I am cheating on them. Kinda funny right? But, it’s been almost ten years now and I haven’t patronized another grocery store here in Dallas. I love great service and it makes me want to be loyal with my money. (FB: Addie Cotoure)
