  • Schedule Downtime - Plan time for family, friends, and solo activities in advance. This will ensure that you have dedicated time for relaxation and rejuvenation. A scheduled plan for self-care
  • Exercise Regularly - Regular physical activity is essential for both mental and physical health. It improves mood, builds confidence, and helps manage stress.
  • Personal Devotion - While it's great to do devotion as a couple or group, it's also important to take time for personal devotion and meditation.
  • Relax and Unplug - Set aside time for yourself to reflect, read, listen to music, or simply do nothing. Disconnect from social media and your phone to truly relax and recharge.
  • Really Connect with Loved Ones - When spending time with friends and family, put away your phone and focus on each other. You can even establish a fun penalty for anyone who breaks the rule.
  • Start a Journal and Journal Daily: There are various types of journaling you can engage in. The one you chose should align with your goal of achieving balance and well-being in a busy world. Write in a way that allows you to download the thoughts in your head to gain more clarity as you focus on possible solutions.
